Description : We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, initially providing maternity cover with the opportunity for an ongoing permanent position.Working within a fast-paced and incredibly varied Digital Marketing role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our digital marketing channels, including Social Media, Email, PPC, and SEO across two in-house sister brands in the health sector.Maternity cover will involve managing the brands’ two e-commerce websites, with day-to-day content creation to drive customer engagement and generate online sales. Should the applicant prove successful in the role, they will be offered the position on an ongoing permanent basis, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the strategy, roll out, and reporting of various digital campaigns.Benefits:- A thorough induction and specialist training will be provided by the team and Digital Marketing Manager- Further training and event attendance encouraged- Opportunity for permanent position past maternity cover- Salary between £24,000-£28,000 p/a dependent on experienceRequirements:- Experience in SEO/SEM- Experience in CMS maintenance- Paid media experience (Google PPC, social ads)- Social Media content creation, scheduling, and reporting experience- Email marketing experience- Proficient copywriting skills for SEOKey accountabilities:The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the brands’ website/CMS maintenance (Magento experience preferable) and will be competent in liaising with web developers (external). They will be responsible for online stock management, which involves updating the website and communications to customers.They will have SEO copywriting experience and an eye for detail.Knowledge of the health/supplements sector is an advantage for copywriting and customer relations, although this is not a necessary requirement and training can be offered.Social media marketing experience is a must, both in organic content creation and social advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing Executive will work alongside our in-house content creator to create engaging social posts across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn to drive engagement, follower retention, and online sales. Influencer marketing experience is preferable where the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for liaising and onboarding ambassadors via our affiliate marketing platform (Awin).Experience managing paid media agencies is preferable.The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the two brands’ email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, communicating sales, new products, availability and company news, and tracking resultant sales.Analytics monitoring will also be required and the Digital Marketing Executive should have experience of Google Analytics and SEMrush.
