Description : Administers skilled nursing care to the patients on an intermittent basis in the home. She/he independently asses plans and delivers care in collaboration with the other members of the home healthcare team.o Coordinates home care nursing with other members of the health care team.o Updates care plan as needed and as patient’s condition changes.o Documents the patient’s condition accurately and concisely, using correct charting format: in electronic medical record, notifies the physician of condition changes.o Teaches and supervises the patient and family members regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems.o Practices nursing within the legal limits of Department of Health Abu Dhabi and understands and anticipates legal consequences of nursing action.o Maintains current knowledge in nursing procedures.o Insures privacy for the patient and confidentiality of condition and personal information.o Participates in care conferences, staff meetings and committees.o Participates in teaching and orientation of all personnel.o Cooperates and acts as liaison with the referring facility.o Participates with other Staff Nurses in taking weekend, holiday and night calls on a rotation basis as scheduled.o Participates in the planning, operation and over-all evaluation of the nursing service.o Provides appropriate documentation of activities and interventions according to agency standards.o Assess, plan and provide nursing care to newborn, infant, children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentSalary: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Wearing of face masks, weekly PCR tests and regular workplace disinfectionExperience:nursing: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:DOH License (Preferred)
