This February, we’re giving you the opportunity to get interview advice from leading educational figures and actively recruiting Headteachers to discuss their permanent roles and arrange interviews.
This will give you a massive advantage when it comes to securing that all important ECT induction year as a permanent member of the teaching team!
What to expect
This is a closed and exclusive online event that we’re inviting a limited number of ECTS. This is a unique opportunity to be right in-front of recruiting Headteachers and Education Professionals to secure an interview!

Finding the perfect permanent ECT job:
Prior to the Masterclass session you will take part in face-to-face online meetings with the team to discuss permanent roles they’re actively recruiting for. This is your time to impress, discuss their permanent roles and secure an interview!
This event is completely free.
