As an Executive Assistant to an MD and team, you will have experience working in corporate finance, be confident in your abilities and provide professional results-driven support.
Key to the success of this role is personality, You will be a team player who can work autonomously when needed and importantly you will be a strong communicator who can work well under pressure.

The role:
This is a fast-paced EA role supporting an MD, Director, VP and 4 Associates
The main elements of the role will include, but not limited to:Managing busy diariesSchedule and organise meetingsCoordinating extensive, worldwide travel and itinerariesEvent organisationAllocate and process expensesRepresenting Executives in a highly professional mannerAd-hoc projects
