We help single Londoners by preventing homelessness, providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and being a voice for change. From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 10,000 lives every year across all 32 boroughs.We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our intensive floating support service for care leavers in Lambeth. The service supports care leavers who have experienced multiple disadvantages as they transition to independent living. As a Floating Support Worker, you will work with a small caseload of care leavers, supporting them to sustain their tenancies, access mental and physical health services and engage with Education, Training and Employment (ETE) whilst promoting independence and social inclusion.We run services that are creative, responsive and that provide a foundation which empowers our young people to achieve their aspirations and make positive and sustainable life changes. You will be crucial to making that happen.If you think you have what it takes, especially if you have experience of working with young people, then we would love to hear from you.
