We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but did we mention the issue is huge? This is where you come in! We are recruiting a newly created Global Talent Development Manager role, to support the rapid growth of Too Good To Go.
Your Mission
You will be a key part of the Too Good To Go People & Culture team, constantly evolving to meet the requirements of a fast-paced business in high growth. You will work with the business to analyse our current and future needs to help shape and define our Talent and Performance processes, assets and development solutions to enable our business performance.
This will include consideration of talent assessment and development, as well as driving succession planning, performance and employee engagement.
Your Role
As Too Good To Go’s Global Talent Development Manager, you will report to the Global Head of Learning & Development and hold the following accountabilities:
Create and deliver the framework of Too Good To Go ‘s Talent & Performance strategy.
Work in collaboration with the Global Head of L&D to develop and deploy talent & performance processes, frameworks, assets and programmes across Too Good To Go globally.
Collaborate with the Global L&D team and key stakeholders to define and execute scalable Senior Talent Programs.
Work closely with Global People & Culture colleagues and Senior Leaders to develop succession planning for business critical roles.
Define the people/talent review process across all functions; locally and globally.
Implement talent development processes, whilst keeping in alignment with the Too Good To Go employer brand, employee value proposition and employee experience.
Define the people performance management approach, in alignment with business direction, targets and company culture.
Partner with the business on talent mobility and development of opportunities
Ensure alignment between our Talent Management approach and the Compensation and Benefits Strategy.
The role can be based in any Too Good To Go location.
Proven experience of designing and implementing Talent Development and Performance strategies and frameworks within a fast growth business
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with Global Management
Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy
Evidence of effective change management
In-depth knowledge of talent development interventions and implementing best fit approaches
A true passion for sustainability and fighting food waste is a MUST – you understand the urgency of action for the planet
