Description : We are considering full time, part time and bank hours staff for these positions. No experience required.
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire you’ll provide a high level of care and support to our residents with physical disabilities. You’ll assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication and assistance at mealtimes, motivating and encouraging choice and participation.
In Timsbury in Somerset, Greenhill House is home to 37 adults with physical disabilities. We have extensive grounds and we’re within walking distance from a community hall, a newsagent and several pubs.
No experience needed!
You don’t need any specific qualifications or experience to become a Support Worker with us although experience of providing personal care in a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Health Care Assistant is advantageous. You will receive training and support to build your skills, experience and career.
You will be passionate about giving high standards of care, have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
