We are looking for someone who is qualified in Human Resource Management and looking for their first or next step role working in Human Resources. This is a great starter role where you will be the linchpin for all administrative activities within the team. You will be responsible for carrying out all the employee lifecycle activities. This will include screening and vetting, issuing contracts, supporting SIA applications, processing starters and leavers and looking after training and development records.
This role will provide the opportunity for you to get a good grounding in back office transactional human resource management practices and also provide the opportunity for you to develop your HR skills to the next level – being an HR Advisor in a couple of years.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to be involved in exciting HR projects, which may include being a lead on key initiatives. For example, recruitment and selection, employee relation initiatives, develop training modules, work on communication & engagement and review our talent pipelines – and a whole lot more!
This role would suit someone who is degree / CIPD qualified in human resource management and looking for their first or next step in their HR career. As a foundation for this role, you will need to have a strong hunger to work in HR and with the view to develop (2 years) into a strong HR practitioner.
