As the Human Resource Business partner you’ll work collaboratively with Managers to understand business challenges as well as a deliver an exceptional HR service, ensuring the organisation continues to be ranked top 40 large companies in the UK to work for! You will be joining a growing and rapidly transforming business that offers clear progression opportunities.
Specifics:
Engage and influence at a strategic level helping support the lines of business to achieve their future plans/strategy
Influence and collaborate with HR colleagues in our parent and sister companies on key group wide initiatives and projects
Provide coaching and feedback to senior leaders
Identify HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices
Deliver people solutions aligned to business objective
Define and deliver the organisational people strategy
Lead and advise the business on organisational development and design tools/techniques to shape the business target operating models and approach
Work closely with the resourcing and recruitment teams on talent acquisition
Deliver and create key HR initiatives across the HR Function, including Organisational change, performance management, employee relations, HR analytic and TUPE
Work hand in hand with Senior managers to create a learning culture and help develop future capabilities, talent management and succession planning
Manage the employee engagement agenda taking an active role in the engagement networks, Great Place to Work initiatives and internal communications
