Stakeholder management is key as you will provide consistent and professional advice, to support managers across the business on a variety of ER/HR issues. Within this job, you will work with the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies to meet business requirements, reviewing and identifying improvements to HR procedures, whilst ensuring full compliance with current and future regulatory requirements.Key deliverables and accountabilities you will be responsible for (but definitely not limited to) the following: Ensuring a high-performance culture by providing expert advice and support to first line managers and employees on all employment relations activity and issues from performance, absences, grievances, restructures, fact finding and investigations etcPotential opportunity to lead on due diligence activity in preparation for company mergers and acquisitions, including TUPE projectsGiving our employees an excellent journey in their day-to-day work, in their environment by developing policies and procedures, and to enable them to be their bestReporting on people analytics, including HR data and metrics, to support in wider business decisions and KPIsManagement of early talent initiatives, including apprentices and graduates, and supporting line managers with the design and implementation of personal development plansTalent Management and resourcing (working closely with talent partner), together with succession planningOngoing development of an engaging induction: from design and delivery, to supporting line managers to ensure new starters have a great experienceWorking with business units to identify training and development needs, and implementing action plansSupporting the internal Learning Management SystemPartnering and managing relationships with external training and development partners including; mental health, management training, Growth Hub and apprenticeship providersReviewing, developing and rolling out HR best practice training workshops to managersCreating a coaching environment by developing line managers on areas such as feedback, difficult conversations and recognitionWhat we can do for you?
