This intermediate level position is part of a team responsible for the configuration and support of software applications (e.g. ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream, etc.) through strong business partnership, quality insights and exceptional customer service. As part of the Finance Support team, this role provides basic technical and analytical support delivering Finance processes. He/she will need to challenge existing solutions and lead the team in enhancing systems with an emphasis on user experience, simplification, automation, performance, and standardization. With experienced team members, may provide input for delivering Finance processes.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Monitors Finance systems, open cases and reviews current processes to troubleshoot application related issues and answers system related questionsResponsible for supporting releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned ERP Oracle Cloud module(s)/Finance application(s) including Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSourceSeeks development on the job and through more formal training. Performs analysis and documents current and new processes to take advantage of technologyMakes required configuration changes according to documented requirements. Advises on impacts to current configuration and downstream applications. Maintains foundational workforce structures, data fields and processesAnalyzes impact of configuration of tables, data fields, foundational structures and processes on downstream systems and integrationsEnsures data integrity and governance by supporting data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports integrations/file transfersWith guidance, analyzes new software application products or new modules in existing applicationsProvides day to day support and maintenance for system(s), preparation for releases, upgrades and/or patches. Executes testing, reporting and analysis of changes. Monitors open tickets/vendor escalations for progressExecutes unit, integration and acceptance testing. Working with the functional team, provides screen shots and system steps for testing and change managementMay be responsible for configuring and delivering basic reports and queries utilizing delivered software. Follows established data governanceDocuments all configurationCollaborate with HCM support team to manage ERP Oracle Cloud releasesAct as subject matter experts and as Finance functional owners for the system. Keep up to date on application functionality, training and releasesAssist (after initial Tier 0/1 attempt) in resolving User “How To� questions and help to create relevant job aids/learning/communications
Identify business requirements and map them to the system functionalitySupport the standardization of Finance policies, practices and processes creating a shared vision across SMEs.
Hands on configuration of application(s), and supporting releases, patches, upgrades and/or enhancements

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Five (5) years previous experience (in addition to education requirement)

Finance Technology support experience: Track record of administrative, upgrading and enhancing financial solutions. The successful candidate will have experience across several technologies including – ERP Oracle cloud, Lease Accelerator, OneStream, Hyperion, Blackline, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, OneSource.‘Can do’ & ‘imagine if’ mindset: A proactive, can-do mindset that enables independent definition and pursuit of opportunity, combined with a creative ‘what if’ persona that pushes the candidate to think out-of-the-box and venture into unproven territory.Collaboration: Ability to partner with stakeholders (e.g. Digital, Finance, People, Area) and other functions for the success of the Company and project focusing on the greater good of the Company, its employees and customers.Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize and tailor complex material into simple and easily digestible content by experts and non-experts alike, including Corporate and Area stakeholders, and potentially the Senior Leadership Team.
