The Role
As the Growth and Loyalty Marketing Lead you will lead our loyalty program, along with the global growth and retention strategy. Since the position revolves around existing customers, you must be adept at formulating plans to increase engagements and bring greater utility to existing customers. This would entail a deep understanding of consumer behavior so that you may identify potential for growth and optimization. An innate ability to draw conclusions and build experiments around data is needed. You would work closely with social media and CRM leads in order to develop on large scale and small scale campaigns, as well as using data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of such campaigns. Your responsibilities will include to:
You will design lifecycle marketing, always-on, campaigns across email, push notification, SMS in-app /web channels to increase opt-ins, reduce churn and retention.
Deeply understand our users and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle.
Write creative briefs and partner with creative teams to design campaign assets that drive engagement and align with our brand guidelines.
Work with CRM leads and retargeting to optimize campaigns for a global and local impact.
Work with analytics to design experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Work with data science and product leads to design ways to scale successful experiments.
Manage our loyalty program, global growth and retention strategy. Design a plan to increase the number of opt-ins and delight the existing customers
About You
Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement from a top tier school.
3 -5 years of experience in a related position, statistics, with demonstrated experience
developing and analyzing lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app).
Strategic and analytical thinker – proficiency with SQL is a must.
Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing.
A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights.
Highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail, an ability to
prioritize, and be flexible and adaptable.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
A team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
(i.e.: content development, customer engagement, and online reputation management).
Proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
Ability to execute A/B tests.
A background of leveraging complex data sets to understand market trends, campaign
performance, measurement, and opportunities for growth.
Ability to analyze customer behavior using statistical analysis tools.
