The Marketing & Content Coordinator role is an important role in the marketing team and primarily responsible for B2C marketing execution across our websites. You will be focused on utilising key marketing channels effectively and efficiently to drive ticket sales, and support consumer and client brand awareness. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Content Manager, you will monitor and update all areas of our customer website axs.com – with a focus on promo page builds, image replacement and working with a number of venues and promoters to ensure their needs are met.
You are incredibly organised and used to working in a busy team environment. You have a keen eye for detail and can work with speed and accuracy. Your presentation and grammar is second to none. You have good photo editing skills. You can multi-task effortlessly and remain positive and calm under pressure. You easily build friendly rapport with everyone, adapting your style to work with a variety of people. You thrive working as part of a passionate, busy team who love what they do.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for building promotions and responding to requests on UK events on AXS.com.
Responsible for copy and content on AXS.com. Maintain the character of AXS.com, creating, editing and arranging text, slideshow, splash pages, promos, adverts, video, images and supporting relevant 3rd party brands as appropriate.
Working on improvements across our website to drive the business forward.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on all event content added to the site
Collaboration with Client Services Team to ensure process are kept and working on improvements.
Covering presales and on-sales from Waiting Room time onwards, up to when the show goes on sale – checking links and liaising with the team if any issues.
Becoming fully competent in all areas of the AXS CMS.
Supporting the Content Manager with changing & management of all adverts on AXS.com/uk – using the Google Ad manager system
Main cover for Content Manager when on they are on holiday
Ensure AXS.com copy meets SEO requirements. Ensure that copy on each page is edited to be concise, refreshed and focused on key work search improvement.
Working across our Theatre shows, constant work updating and working with our affiliate partners
Work closely with the venues and promoters ticketing teams to ensure that processes are maintained and reviewed regularly to improve usability. This includes occasional face to face meetings.
Weekly checks to ensure artists and promoters are linking correctly
Ability to support with eCRM build and delivery in busy times.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience working in a content, data entry or marketing role
Previous CMS / Website back-end experience
Photoshop basic level
Salesforce knowledge useful, but not essential
Excellent organisation skills and a meticulous eye for detail
Ability to form close working relationships with stake holders of all levels
Experience within fast paced marketing team desirable
