Location: Reading office (with some flex to work from home)
Salary: up to £30,000

Due to expansion within the Reading Marketing team, we have the following vacancy:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to become part of our Brand and Marketing team based at our Head Office in Reading town centre (with flexible working). This role supports the Brand & Marketing team in the delivery of its work, which in turn supports our corporate strategy and external engagement efforts of colleagues across the business. The Marketing Executive plays a key role in the development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns and activities, for both internal and external audiences.
The role will encourage learning and development of marketing skillsets through delivery of these tasks and provides the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues and external agencies. The typical disciplines used by the team include management and use of digital marketing channels, brand management, CRM process and practice, and internal communications.
We are looking for someone with a minimum A level education with demonstrable knowledge of the role that brand and marketing plays in achieving corporate aims, with experience of working in a similar role, preferable in the B2B or B2G sector.
You will have:
Good working knowledge and experience of social media, scheduling platforms and website content management systems Good knowledge of Office software, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel Demonstrable experience in supporting a range of marketing activities Demonstrable knowledge and experience in analytics use and management Demonstrable experience of working in a busy team to tight deadlines Evidence of systematic approach to planning and executing tasks briefed in by various stakeholders At least basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud software for design Experience of supporting internal communications
