The Marketing Executive Role:
The purpose of the role is to work with the Head of Sales and Marketing on the design, implementation and delivery of our marketing strategy that will help drive the next phase of our exciting journey.
Key Duties:
+ Implementation of the marketing strategy to retain existing clients by driving ‘Advice For Life’ strategy top to toe through the business and to raise visibility of Hedges in target markets
+ Design and execute campaign to attract and convert new prospects
+ Report on Marketing KPIs
+ Develop and promote Hedges Law brand to include overseeing and managing rebrand.
+ Oversee redesign of website to support business strategy, improve user experience and provide insight into prospect/client behaviour
+ Manage Hedges’ digital assets & content
+ Manage Social Media – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
+ External/internal communications
+ Managing relationships with key partners/stakeholders
About You:
+ Graduate, ideally with a relevant marketing and/or business qualification
+ Digital marketing experience (3+ years preferred)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills – proven experience of copywriting
+ Strong data analysis ability
+ Good understanding of search engine marketing/optimization (SEM/SEO)
+ Creativity and ability to storytell
+ Social media and contact management skills
+ Design skills
+ Technology skills including basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills are desirable
