With ambitious plans for the future, we’re taking all our marketing very seriously and have a growing team.This is an opportunity for a commercial and creative Marketing Manager with digital campaign experience to lead marketing for business units supporting Grants and Higher Education, Health, Social Care and Social Enterprises.You’ll be working on a portfolio of projects driving demand generation, generating communications and content on corporate performance and reputation, and content targeted for our specialist segments and customer groups. You’ll be joining our open cultured, integrated marketing team, and have a clear voice from day one with Idox. You will report to the Head of Group Marketing.This post would be ideal for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Executive, confident in B2B marketing best practise and proactive in developing networks with key business colleagues and customers.Idox will provide a clear development path for a good all-rounder wanting to step up into true management. This is a permanent position and can be based anywhere in the UK, requiring travel for team meetings in Glasgow, Theale, Manchester or Hillsborough (NI).Idox offers flexible working and a package of benefits designed to support well-being, as well as support for your career as a marketing professional in a “digital first” environment.Key responsibilities · Managing marketing activities for two Idox Business Units, reporting to Head of Marketing· Lead generation: Execute “top of the funnel” lead generation through the timely execution of all activities in the marketing plan· Content marketing: writing, developing and planning content for use throughout the customer buying journey· Successful execution of marketing activities on all external channels: webinars, social media, email, and advertising· Event Management: Organising numerous internal and external events for customer, prospects, and staff· Manage a budget and bench of agency suppliers· Problem solving and ideas generation· Report results and key metrics to the Head of Marketing· Adherance to Idox Information Security policies and protocols.To be successful, you’ll need to bring: · B2B marketing experience, ideally for a Software or related Technology company· Experience building a content strategy – copywriting, idea generation and execution· Good understanding of Digital Marketing – SEO and Google AdWords· Excellent problem-solving abilities· MS Windows and MS Office fluency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)· Marketing automation and CRM Experience (Pardot, Salesforce & HubSpot preferred)· Results focused· Self-motivated and able to engage well in a team environment (global team of 12 people)· Management skillsAdditional desirable qualities: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing· Progressive outlook and energy.About IdoxOur specialist software solutions power the performance of government and industry, driving productivity and a better experience for everyone.
