In 2022, Placed is expanding fast. We are launching in various new cities across the UK and are looking to triple our current team size within the next 9-12 months. A Bit About the Role.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we’re looking for a versatile marketing manager who has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to build brand loyalty, drive registrations using a content-driven approach for both B2B and B2C customers. Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, content creator, social media savvy, and an outbound marketer with great communication and copywriting skills. He/she would have no problem rolling up their sleeves to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently with key stakeholders to deliver insights-driven marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities.
Create and implement a marketing strategy to engage our members, demonstrating our impact and value, to build a group of brand ambassadors.
Design and produce marketing assets such as infographics, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars & create marketing campaigns to drive organic traffic to the website & app
Develop creative solutions to increase brand engagement across our B2B & B2C audiences
Manage & create content for our social media channels and our website landing pages/blogs
Create and execute a lead generation marketing campaigns to acquire B2B and B2C leads
Work with the HOM to manage and build research and content marketing partnerships
Collaborate with the CRM Marketing Manager to strategise on email marketing & weekly newsletters
Participate in onsite visits to produce video content and interviews for brands
Liaise with clients to discuss and execute their content marketing needs
Study competitor trends and analyse campaign results across all channels to understand the efficacy of strategies and tactics for improving key engagement and retention metrics
Requirements
A bit about you.
3+ years of experience working in marketing
Great attention to detail and a good eye for design
Experience with HubSpot, Canva/Photoshop (preferred not essential)
Proven ability to think strategically and execute while learning from data and quickly course-correcting based on the data
You are comfortable with working autonomously, but also work well within a team when required
Enthusiastic, self-motivated professional with a passion for start-ups – Not afraid to wear multiple hats, get your hands dirty, and do whatever is needed to scale Placed.
You should be eager to rapidly grow and develop with the company, capable of taking on greater responsibility as the team grows and expands
Great time management, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
