Marketing Manager, Migraine (New GLOBAL role)
Based in the offices in Marlow with flexible working options.
Reporting into the Executive Director, Global Brand Lead, Neurosciences.

Objective
The Marketing Manager will assume operational plan and deliverables leadership for this disease area. Role responsibilities include leading campaign and other asset deliverable plans, supporting the strategic planning process, cross functional activities and area/affiliate execution. All aspects require team work as well as day-to-day autonomy. This is an essential role within the Global Marketing and Commercial Operations Specialty Care Business Unit.
Key responsibilities
Leading the development and execution of Global Marketing Campaign
Ensure a customised approach for communicating with customers through leading the development of campaign assets for roll out to countries e.g., Digital Sales Aids, Emails, and other digital assets, Briefing Documents, Training guides and implementation guides)
Supporting campaign development with training decks to ensure global our sales teams have the confidence to handle any queries customers may have
Pull through of campaign materials to support strategic promotional messages at medical congress both live and digital to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ensure all materials follow the relevant AbbVie standard operating practices. Lead and co-ordinate Compliance, Medical & Legal approval process (via Veeva® Platform), with primary responsibility as owner of marketing & promotional input
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate
Work closely with global digital lead & Global Customer excellence to put the foundations of the MCM strategy and help on the implementation at affiliate level
Development of the Global Brand Plans
Support the development of the annual strategic brand plan and functional plans for lead indications with particular emphasis on the HCP promotion & targeted communication strategy
Support development of the communication strategy and key brand messages to enable brand differentiation and pull through to the campaign based on insights and research
Direct support of Area & Affiliates
Collaborate with affiliate marketing teams to ensure local plans support affiliate need; Support/challenge as appropriate
Spend time in country to strengthen collaboration and to gain customer and country feedback
Qualifications
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Must have proven marketing experience within pharmaceuticals at an affiliate level.
Essential experience in speciality (hospital) medicines.
Ability to work in matrix/ Cross-functional environment.
Prior field-based experience as a pharmaceutical representative is useful.
