Description : Responsibilities:Accurately document patient-provider encounters in an electronic health record (EHR), including any past medical history, current medical issues, physical exams, treatment plans, disposition instructions, rechecks, etc.Provide advanced support to providers, including documenting phone calls, alerting the physician with labs/radiology reports are complete, grabbing faxes, etc.Assist with the disposition of patients from the facility.Triage patients as needed.· Assists providers with procedures and exams as needed at providers request.· Document visit info at the direction of providers and chaperone for sensitive exams as needed at providers request.· Takes phone calls from patients, pharmacies, etc., process requests and return calls in a timely manner.· Administers treatment, as necessary, directed by providers.Qualified Applicants: Must be adaptable and be willing to take constructive criticismPreferred typing speed of 60 wpm.
