Your role at a glance
Are you customer focused with a passion for user experience? Are you a Scrum advocate who enjoys working with a variety of colleagues at all levels? If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Mobile Product Owner!
You’ll own and drive Coll8, our mobile workplace pension product, identifying growth opportunities whilst managing risks and security protocols. You’ll be working closely with a geographically diverse team and as such this role can be based anywhere remotely across the UK.
What you’ll be doing
Backlog management; defining and managing an innovative and customer focused product development backlog. Ensuring the backlog is strongly influenced by data-led insight, commercial value, and customer need
Delivery management; executing delivery of the product backlog via our outsourced partner and in-house colleagues. Defining business cases and then identifying, building, and managing the appropriate delivery teams
Delivery of commercial targets; devising business objectives and measurement frameworks that are aligned with commercial targets. Measuring and reporting against the performance of our Coll8 app through detailed analytics and customer feedback
Business unit strategies and objectives; building a deep understanding of the Workplace business unit aspirations and objectives for Coll8
Platform knowledge; maintaining a strong working knowledge of mobile platforms, regulation, and technologies
Resource management and governance; managing Coll8 budget, staffing requirements and resources
What we’re looking for
You’ll have significant experience in a mobile Product Owner/Manager role ideally within financial services
Naturally you will also have a flair for communicating with colleagues at all levels
You’ll have a strong understanding of user experience principles and building these into designs and processes
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience in using web analytics packages such as Adobe or similar would be a huge plus!
