We have an exciting opportunity within the Operations Excellence function – for a Network Continuous Improvement manager to join the team working on our M&S Contracts!
Working as part of the continuous improvement team, the Network CI Manager will be responsible for the completion of various continuous improvement driven activities on the M&S account in accordance with established procedures. The scope of the role typically includes the use of CI tools including VSM, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PIM to generate operational improvements that deliver cost savings for DHL and our customer.
The key responsibilities in this role include;
Reporting to and supporting the senior operational development manager
Supporting the customer’s strategic change programme across warehouse operations
Supporting development and growth of the M&S account
Supporting the CI development strategy
Support the development and introduction of innovative solutions

Inbound to manufacturing business unit experience – Desirable
Supply chain operations, warehouse and logistics experience – Essential.
Autonomy – experience of working under limited supervision – Essential
