Description : About The Role
Based within our clinical contact centre, you will be responsible for offering clinical advice and providing pre-treatment checks to a range of patients across the UK including paediatric patients. This role is all about providing professional, clinical advice and support but also includes liaising with pharma partners, hospitals, sales and commercial teams. The focus is always on clinical excellence, so we will ensure you have the support you need to train patients remotely for several biological therapies through video or over the phone. If you are a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN and excellent communication, then this role is for you!
This role is based in Derby and will be a mixture of office based and working from home.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN. Through telephone and video calls, you will display a high level of care and empathy to help our patients achieve their goals and regain their independence. You will be well-organised and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary, basic IT skills are required. You will have first-class communication skills and the ability to build rapport via different forms of communication methods.
