Our environment will be focused on modern Microsoft 365 solutions such as Modern SharePoint Online, Teams and the Power Platform. “Classic” legacy knowledge is nice, but won’t be leveraged much and will be phased out all together in the future.

Experience developing in modern SharePoint
SharePoint Framework
Applicable modern SharePoint scripting languages
Teams
Development and app creation within teams
Power Platform
Power Apps
Power Apps Portals
Power Automate
Coding for power apps and power automate for development beyond the already in place no code options
Experience connecting to app data sources (Dataverse, SQL, Microsoft Lists, etc)
Experience with the Microsoft Dataverse, formerly the Microsoft Common Data Service
Experience with the Microsoft Graph API
Experience utilizing PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell cmdlets for SharePoint Online and Teams
Experience with classic SharePoint design is nice (examples below), but we would like to phase all classic elements out of our environment, so it’s not necessary.

Microsoft 365 administration experience is also nice, but not necessary. Any experience with SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform governance is a nice value add as well, but also not necessary.
