We take shared pride in providing excellence to our customers as well as treating colleagues with respect and integrity.We are currently recruiting a part-time Human Resources Administrator where you will join the Zee & Co leadership team and will have overall accountability for the HR and Payroll functions for the Company, overseeing around 100 employees across 5 different locations within London and Essex.ResponsibilitiesAdministration work including maintenance of employee files, drafting contracts and leave managementManaging payroll and inducting employees onto pension schemeMaintaining calendar and supporting documentation for employee performance reviewsEstablishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforceInterview management; serves as part of the interview teamConducting investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forthMonitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the companyMonitor and action the Company Disciplinary ProceduresConduct and organise the full process of disciplinary hearingsReviews employee appeals through the company complaint procedureReviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminationsLead the implementation of company health and safety programs and ensure it is kept up-to-dateEnsures they are up to date with new Health and Safety and employment laws and implement within the businessCreates risk assessment both for workspace and individuals, as requiredDirects the preparation of information requested or required for compliance with laws, including GDPRMonitors the organisational structure so that it supports the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfactionUtmost discretion and confidentiality should be upheld at all times due to the nature of the role, and handling sensitive employee informationThis list is not exhaustive.Job RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR Administrator/Manager in the UKMust have a strong knowledge and experience of payroll, employment law, workplace health and safety and recruitmentOutstanding interpersonal skillsExcellent English literacyExcellent organisation management and communication skillsAble to use Windows and Microsoft OfficePositive outlook and hard-working nature, strong coaching skillsA working knowledge of Kronos would be an advantageJob Type: Part-time 3 days a weekMonday – Friday with occasional weekend and overtime when requiredSalary: £25,000.00 to £28,000.00 pro-rata/year(£15,000 – £16,800 based on working 3 days per week)Part-time hours: 22.5 per weekApplication deadline: 23/01/2022Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Harlow, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Human Resources: 5 years (required)Work remotely:No
