You’d be joining a genuine and hardworking team who take pride in what they do and enjoy working alongside new and regular clients across the industry.Role Overview**Coordinate the partnership and delivery requirements across the Insomnia Gaming FestivalSupport the Partnerships team in growing and maturing the sales and content pipeline, using Salesforce to manage accuratelyBe aware of competitor offerings and wider gaming industry trends to ensure Insomnia content is exciting and relevantAssist the Partnerships team in the development of proposals and presentations for both Insomnia Gaming Festival and potential partner eventsBe the point of contact for Creators at Insomnia Gaming Festival pre, during and post showKey Responsibilities**Insomnia ContentAssist with the content plan across all event content areas according to brief from clients and colleaguesWork with our existing Content partners (including but not limited to; VR, Cosplay, Tabletop, Retro, Indies) with the planning and delivery of their zones at Insomnia, whilst working with the team on sourcing new Content partnersSupport on account management plans for existing partners to ensure investment in the brand, and show on show growth from clientsReview the gaming industry and propose new partners to enhance the customer experience and engagementEnsure all partner commitments are adhered to by both us and partnerLiaise with the internal teams to ensure all partner commitments are deliveredWork with the Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager on the Creator strategy for Insomnia, including review of Creator applications, sourcing new relevant and varied Creators to and working on ways for them to engage with communities at InsomniaInsomnia OnsiteCo-ordinate the build, live, and break of content areas, and ensure exceptional client liaison alongside the operations teamBe each Content partner’s point of contact throughout the build, break and live show; responding to and fielding queries and maintaining good relations whilst protecting the show’s interestsWork with venue security & volunteer teams for arrival of Creators and any key movement around the show to stands and stagesPartner Event SupportWork alongside the Partnerships team to build budgets and proposals for external partner eventsWork alongside the Sales & Partnerships Operations Manager to capture potential costs accurately for all sales opportunitiesCollate partner requirements for power & network services, furniture and equipment, hardware plans, catering, accommodation, travel and parking, production, and logistics; to book in with the event management team in line with project timelinesSupport the Partnerships Operations Manager to ensure all H&S submissions and personnel lists are collatedEnsure all Contracts, POs and Invoices are dealt with efficiently and in appropriate timescalesWork with the Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager, to evolve the content of shows and pitch commercial ideas to partnersAssist the Partnerships team on rental sales and liaise with the Logistics team regarding deliveryAttend industry/trade events and conferences to promote the brand and generate relevant new business leadsThis list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.Skills & Experience Required**Experience of building event concepts and an understanding of the relevant costs desirableCommercial acumen and awareness, with the ability to manage and stay within allocated budgetsSalesforce (or equivalent crm database) competency is desirableGood understanding of the UK Gaming industrySkilled in relationship management**General Attributes**Resilience, flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or within a teamA professional, confidential and flexible approach to working with peopleAble to maintain composure in high-pressure situationsA great organiser with the ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasksA passion for gaming and community is essentialA positive ‘can do’ attitude working as a team player with other areas of the businessHighly organised and process driven, capable of multitasking with an attention to detail with branding and written copy**Our ValuesPioneering – We lead, not followPassion – We are driven to do the best we canCaring – We help each other growCourageous – We do the right thing, not the easy thingPerks and FlexibilityWe’re all currently working from home and likely to remain so for the first half of 2022; whilst we look for a new office base.
