We are looking for a Patient Services Therapy Manager to join our patient services team in Glasgow on a permanent, full time basis. As the Patients Services Therapy Manager, you will manage the end to end service for patients requiring delivery of medical supplies for a range of different therapies. You will be accountable for achieving optimum performance within patient services in line with SLA’s and LPCH expectations. Additionally, you will be a strong advocate of the brand proposition internally and externally with our customers and patients.

About You
The success of the patient services team is reliant on strong leadership and someone who constantly challenges process and looks for continuous improvement inside their department as well as supporting the overall success of other Operational Departments to enable the achievement of high standards.
As the Patient Services Therapy Manager your responsibilities will include:
Achievement of Department Service Level Agreements and Targets as defined by LPCH
Absence management in line with Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare Policy
Completing regular 1-2-1 and feedback with your direct reports, supporting Shift Leaders where appropriate.
Departmental adherence to all policy and instructions.
Team engagement in the ICARE values from coordinator upwards
Understand and communicate key messages effectively
Develop future strategy and tactics to ensure department objectives are met
Work closely with the other Therapy Managers to ensure service levels and standards are consistent Work closely and support Senior Management Team, deputising when required
Attend meetings and be active in Improvement or Business critical projects
You will be an example of integrity and a high achiever with focus on the highest level of standards are leadership.
Ideally, you will have a strong background in customer service management and have worked in the healthcare sector. Experience in a call centre environment is also highly desirable as well as excellent communication skills.
