Description : SR Investment Partners is looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant / Operational Manager to join their team. we are a start-up business and this person must be able to hit the ground running. This role is to support the CEO in all aspects of their work. They are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a fast-paced role in financial services and works to help the CEO by being one step ahead. This role requires someone who is confident, reliable, just do it mentality, and not afraid to express their opinions to senior leadership if they have information that will help improve processes and procedures. What also is required is office management i.e reports, compliance, any other technical initiative, and marketing. This is for someone who can work in a startup mentality and be the face of our firm. This person will also be part of negation with other eternal partners and create ideas.Duties and must have experience in: Extensive diary management. Work with PR and external partners. Direct the image of the company and liaison with marketing, governmental bodies and represent usActing as the first point of contact for CEO including greeting VIP guests. This person must be able to communicate in French and write in high level frenchManaging the CEO diaries and CalendarsSpeaking with external stakeholders and respondingHelping with documents, analysis, and co-ordinationReviewing legal contractsLiaison with international & external clientsaccounts due diligenceCoordinating numerous high-profile meetingsCoordinating high volumes of conference callsManagement of all travel arrangementsDealing with external legal information/documentation that will support the businessWeekly planningLook through database and company CRM systemResearch and go through data base and CV (recruitment)Setting up conferences and be client-facingdealing with Internal & external financesBeing ahead on compliance and managing CEO full activities and bookingsHigh-quality communication expertise. Work on HR-related topics. Search for CV and compliance.
