Description : About the role
To provide professional, comprehensive Personal Assistant support to the Band B leaders as well as assisting team with special projects and day-to-day activities. Based in our Warwick office.
Key Accountabilities
• Proactively manage calendars for the Band Bs for meetings and appointments• Coordinate and support with travel arrangements as needed • Support the wider teams of the Band Bs, arranging team meetings, offsite events and other key meetings as needed. • Carry out specific tasks in line with clear procedures and working practices to support the leader in everyday work and ensure compliance to policies and procedures• Process invoices and expenses via Concur and Coupa applications • Work as part of the Finance PA community, supporting with workload and cover arrangements as needed• Proactively review the Band Bs inboxes to identify meetings or items for which actions can be taken
About you
• Confident dealing with senior leaders• Excellent organisational skills • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal• Sound client management skills: confident managing internal and external stakeholders• Highly flexible – capable of managing conflicting priorities in keeping with the needs of the team and senior leader• Work with minimal supervision, using own initiative and able to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines.• Strong team player – able to adapt to working within different teams with a proactive ‘can do‘ attitude
What you’ll get
A competitive salary between £26,590 – £31,282 – dependent on capability
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
