The tasks are diverse as the Medical Director wears many hats and is involved with international leading brands, research, public speaking as well as a lead medical consultant. You should have experience as a PA and in managing an executives day and supporting with his tasksPA/EA experience: minimum 3 yearsThe ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly with a calm manner is a must. The ideal candidate will have some previous PA and office administration experience. As well as anticipating the directors needs and priorities, they will also deal with general admin front of house duties at the clinic as required.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs EA/PA you will support and provide assistance to the Medical Director – full diary management and responding to emails on their behalf, organising meetings, booking in general research, PowerPoint presentation support, submitting expenses every month, social media management, blog writing, responding to journalists communicating information between the Director and the rest of the team. To also support the Director in a personal capacity when requiredAs Clinic coordinator you will be the port of call to everyone in the office, ensuring the smooth running of the clinic by liaising with the clinic manager and reporting key tasks to the Medical Director.
