Who we’re looking for
The post holder will be an integral member of the Personalised Healthcare Commissioning (PHC) team and will be responsible for providing business leadership in the delivery of an efficient service, ensuring workstreams are planned and managed effectively, accurately and in a timely manner.
Supporting the Head of Service with the financial delivery of the service, ensuring it is cost-effective and delivered on time whilst working to an ethos of value for money and greater efficiency.
Coordination of business support staff, service delivery and reporting including development and implementation of data collection systems, providing accurate performance management and activity reporting to advise the Integrated Care Systems Integrated Care Board of key themes/trends/issues.
Service redesign and working across teams/organisations across the PHC service.
Working with the Senior Clinical and Non-clinical Managers to ensure delivery and compliance with key performance indicators and performance targets whilst actively promoting MLCSU.
Demonstrating effective stakeholder management across different departments and stakeholders in the healthcare system and ensuring delivery against organisational objectives.
