The ASG aligns with our Global Assets business and our Global Ecosystems & Alliances organization. It sits at the core of the Firm’s strategy, working hand in hand with Industries and practice areas to orchestrate asset led deals that solve the most complex challenges for our clients.
Role Details:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Management Lead to join our Salesforce ASG Team. As part of this busy team, this person will be responsible for supporting on and delivering internal communications, leadership and PMO support across the Global Assets business. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the entire strategic communications thread and candidate should be able to demonstrate a passion for the role communications can play in driving awareness, action and advocacy in support of the firm’s purpose and strategy.
DURATION: Full-time – starting June 2021. This role will be supporting the Salesforce ASG, as a priority for Deloitte Global with senior leader sponsorship.
LOCATION: USI/Deloitte India. This role supports a Deloitte Global initiative and for the time being, a large portion of the work will be performed virtually. If in-person events are organized, expected travel requirement would be <30%.
Responsibilities:
The Program Management Lead is a critical role within our Salesforce ASG business. In this role you will leads sales and performance reporting and drive strategic initiatives around communications and program management. In the role, you would be engaging with Salesforce ASG, Salesforce Alliance and Global Assets Leadership to drive consistency and standardization, and really act as a strategic enabler and advisor to help drive executive decision making.
Sales & Performance Management
Manage periodic sales and pipeline reporting for Salesforce ASG, working across multiple CRMs systems and with asset teams to craft a leadership report.
Lead the development of the ASG quarterly snapshot leverging sales metrics and other qualitative successes from the team.
Lead the creation and sharing of a quarterly Salesforce ASG and Salesforce Org joint success snapshot – demonstrating the power of the alliance specific to assets.
Manage Salesforce ACV and Partner Network Revenue (PNR) reporting. Liaise with Salesforce on reporting ACV annually and PNR quarterly.
Support Fiscal Year Planning by working with the CoS to define annual sales targets, growth and longer-term success metrics.
Support the development of go-to-market dashboards to enable the Salesforce ASG to mesure impact of enablement within Deloitte and the global marketplace.
Establish mechanism to enable Salesforce ASG to align with and benefit from global consulting pursuit funding.
Manage adhic requests for data for the Salesforce ASG Leader and lean in on broader assets requests with the Global Consulting Assets Team.
Program Management
Support the creation of high quality and aesthetically appealing leadership decks and presentation content for executive meetings.
Provide leadership meeting/call support, including ASG Team Calls, sessions with Salesforce Org, broader Global Consulting forums etc.
Own and manage short-term and long-term special projects on Salesforce ASG strategic focus areas e.g. ecosystem, strategy refresh etc.
Own Salesforce ASG master documents e.g. Salesforce ASG Overview, Leadership Facebook, Asset Matrix etc. Lead the update and refresh of these materials every 6 months.
Manage internal communications (newsletter/newsflash) and placement of Salesforce ASG content in other strategic threads e.g. Offerings, Alliances etc.
Manage Salesforce ASG KM site, D.Com, , storefront etc.
Support the creation and communication of mid and end of year successes.
Provide adhoc leadership and support for strategic, marketing, communication focused projects
Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree required. MBA a plus
Years of Experience
5+ years in consulting, marketing and communications, or other operational role
Required skills
An eagerness to live and communicate about Deloitte’s shared values
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent IT skills across a number of areas including MS products (e.g. PPT, Teams), online content management tools, email tools
A predisposition for creative solutions and innovative ideas
Strong project management skills - ability to manage a varied workload with multiple stakeholders and work to tight deadlines
Proactive and a team player
Strong core competency skills – program oversight, policy analysis, senior stakeholder engagement, executive communications, verbal and written communication, strategic initiative governance, leadership, and team management
Ability to build and maintain network across key leadership and SME groups, including Enabling Functions, asset teams, and geographies
Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
