Due to continued growth, the company now requires a Project Associate to work in a busy office.This Project Associate will be assigned to the Residential Team but could be re-assigned to the Commercial Team as is required by the business needs.Job PurposeTo support the needs of the Residential Team and will assigned to Pre-Planning and Execution TeamMain DutiesThis role will report to the Project Manager (Residential) and may work with a team of Project Assistants and Project Associates.General1. Client and project support2. Managing and supporting the execution of all tasks connected to the annual calendar as connected to the role3. Communication with client through our project portal4. Understanding and executing tasks relevant to health and safetyPre-Planning5. Analysis of the client’s objectives and requirements, assessment of their feasibility and assistance in the completion of the project brief6. Formulation for the client’s approval7. Generally keeping the client informed, throughout the project, on progress8. Participation in recommendations to the client9. Finalisation of the client’s brief10. Following the appropriate specification11. Recommending to the client and securing approval for any modifications or variations to the agreed brief12. Working with the Project Finance Team to ensure budgets are clear and maintained13. Participation and planning of client meetings for confirmation of a range of elements including fabrics, finishes, fitting-out work and the environment of major interior spaces14. Any other connected requirements/responsibilities as required by line managerExecution 15. All elements required for excellent, high-quality execution of the requirements under the project execution plan16. Taking all appropriate steps to ensure that site contractors and other regular or casual workers observe all rules, regulations and practices of safety prevention/protection17. Participating in the final cost reconciliation or final account of the project and taking such action as directed or required18.
