We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated person who can take the lead in assisting our executive team with managing administrative duties across two of our main departments: Sales and Client Success.
Tasks involve daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of KPIs, verifying client payments and subscriptions, commission tracking, overseeing regular updates to our Standard Operating Procedures guide, reporting to the executive team.

To succeed in this role, here are the qualifications that our ideal candidate should have:
Excellent communication skillsExperience in Payments, receivables, and reportingProficient in MS Excel / Google SheetDriven by analytics, data, and strong interpersonal skillsKnowledge of and experience with StripeExperience with HubSpot, Monday and AirTable a bonus
Work closely with Sr. Executive & Operations to:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIS relating to our Sales and Client Success managers.Communicate directly with Sales and Client Success managers when KPIs, tickets or tasks need to be completedReviewing payments, subscription changes and cancellations in our payment processor (Stripe)KPI tracking and reportingReviewing all platforms and employee activity to look for errors or red flags relating to KPIsVerifying client sales and staff commissions on a weekly and monthly basisMonitoring referral credits and coupons
