Main Duties : Brevan are currently looking for a Project Quality Manager to work for our client who is a leading EPCI contractor at their fabrication facility in Jebel Ali Dubai. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with offshore fabrication and preferably Aramco approved Quality Manager, as occasional trips to KSA will be required. JD: • Organize and carry out internal audits as per ISO 9001 requirement and project quality plan. • Planning the audit schedule on annual basis • Audit I measure the effective performance of the work process, function and discipline to identify areas of improvement and verify compliance to system • Follow up and close out audit reports and CARs • Assist in the implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions • Based on the audit findings, align the Level 2 procedures with the present work practices • Perform root cause analysis for all criticality 1 findings • Assign audit on a monthly basis to Internal auditors based on approved audit schedule • Implement and close out action items and improvement measures raised during audits • Provide input to IMS Management Review Meeting to determine suitability of the management system for compliance and its effectiveness • Plan and administer Quality education for all Chennai employees at all levels • Coordinate Codes and standards requirements at Chennai • Analyze audit findings and compile a feedback on the systems and opportunities for improvement for each department Below are the general terms: • 22 working days of paid holiday in addition to statutory holidays in UAE. • Comprehensive International Healthcare (free for employees/ premium for dependent(s) • Personal Accident Insurance • Sick Pay – in line with UAE Labour laws • End of service gratuity – in line with UAE Labour laws • School fees (as per existing matrix) up to 3 children • Offshore Allowance (as per existing policy) • Annual cash in lieu payment for return flight back home for employee and covered dependent(s) • Reimbursement of Dubai municipality fee (5% of monthly house rent) in addition to housing allowance. • Reimbursement of Salik (road toll) expenses for commuting to/from work in addition to the transport allowance Applicants please provide an up to date CV and confirm availability.
