Property Operations Manager
A varied and fast-paced role requiring a high level of dexterity, management of the Unique Homestays Property portfolio involves overseeing the daily operations of a selection of homes within the wider collection to ensure every guest an extraordinary experience.
The Role
Our Property Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the Unique Homestays Property portfolio (currently comprising of 11 homestays in north Cornwall), upholding maintenance, housekeeping and customer service. Crucial to the role is ensuring our brand standards are uncompromised, thereby optimising the performance and profitability of the portfolio as well as our brand at large. This is an autonomous position in which no two days are the same, in any one moment you might be talking to one of your housekeeping team members, sourcing a new item of furniture or liaising with a tradesperson.

Experience and Skills
Minimum skills and qualifications
Experience managing holiday properties inclusive of maintenance and housekeeping, in which the guest and owner experience are priorities
People leadership inclusive of contractors
Budget management
Tariff management
Accomplished at crafting a high standard of written and verbal communication
Administration expertise including the use of Microsoft, Xero, and general office duties
Excellent organisational skills accompanied by a high level of attention to detail
Able to work on initiative and prioritise tasks
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience collaborating closely with owners of distinctive properties
Experience in working with housekeeping teams
A creative and resourceful eye for interiors
Understands the importance of privacy and discretion
A sound understanding of the luxury market
Excellent self-starter with the ability to work remotely
The Specifics
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with flexibility around weekends, evenings and bank holidays

Starting salary is dependent on experience
You are required to have your own vehicle
