About the role
As the Reception Manager within The Peak Health club and Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent levels of customer service within The Peak. You will work along side the Director of Fitness and Spa to ensure the training and development of the reception team. You will lead by example when taking appointments for members and handling guest complaints.
About you
Ideally experience in a similar position within a luxury 5 star environment is desirable
Excellent level of English
Effective organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a workload
Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
Friendly, approachable and professional
Have a strong eye for detail
