Description : The ideal candidate will be self motivated and bring a high level of energy to the team. The role is a lead generation position, you will be conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to qualify leads. You’ll be building and maintaining regular contact with a client base of forward-thinking legal professionals to help them transform the way they work, building strong relationships and developing new accounts. This is a new and exciting role so building a repeatable process will be part of the initial tasks. We expect you to be experienced in creating multiple scripts for cold approaches and intuitive enough to amend these when the need arises.
Responsibilities
Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business clients
Establishing client needs and identifying sales opportunities
Creating relationships with our clients and a commitment to excellent client service
To keep up to date with current issues in the sector
Must be able to operate independently with minimal supervision
Sharing insights with the customer success, tech and operations teams to improve the quality of the conversations and our messaging will be an important part of your role
Requirements

2 years experience working in a sales environment
