GSL Education are seeking a full-time Teacher of Science for a secondary school in Spalding, Lincolnshire . This is for an Easter start and will continue for at least 1 term. We here at GSL are wanting to hear from experienced teachers, or confident newly qualified teachers with strong behaviour management skills.
Teacher of Science requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) with Key Stage 3 and GCSE science teaching experience.
Relevant Degree; Biology, Chemistry or Physics. You will teach your specialist subject at GCSE.
Uphold high expectations of all pupils and uphold high professional standards.
Understand the need for a scaffolded curriculum.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to engage and build a rapport with young people.
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to process one via GSL.
