Description : Duties & Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Initiating annual appraisal and coordinating with reporting manager and HOD for the completion of appraisal.
Ensure proper documentation of Appraisal Forms in employee files.
Intimating non-confirmation of employees on priority basis to HR Manager/ Corporate HR.
Providing information on Promotion/ Increment Recommendation to personnel/ Payroll department.
Maintaining appraisal MIS with performance score and confirmation status of the employees.
Carrying out PIP for employees with poor scores in appraisal assessment.
HR MIS & Analytics
Maintaining employee master database and updating on regular basis.
Tracking employee separation and analysis of employee attrition on monthly basis.
Preparing HR MIS and dashboards for reporting to management and corporate HO
Manpower deployment analysis Actual Vs Budgeted
Preparing and updating organogram for various departments in NMCSH and its associated units.
Workplace Behavior and Discipline
Monitoring misconduct, workplace negligence, policy deviations and code of conduct of employees at NMCSH
Initiating enquiry to facilitate proper action against such cases
Issuing of disciplinary letters such as advice letter, warning letters, letter of suspension and termination letters.
Other Activities
Email ID creation and INSTA ID creation for employees with support from IT
Employee biometric registration and communication to IT helpdesk for uploading of data
Uploading of contents in digital signage boards for employee and employee engagement activities
HR policy formulation and updating existing polices in case of amendments
Any other activities assigned by supervisor
Participating in quality audits HAAD, JCI, OSH and process improvement
Coordinating for employee engagement activities and employee orientation
Coordination for doctors privileging
Comply with all OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) and infection control policies, standards and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to comply those requirements
Work accordance with the documented OSH procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities
Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk assessments, incident reports
Comply with Waste management procedures and policies
Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs
Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
Ensure Compliance with Federal and local legislations/regulations related occupational health and safety e.g. medical surveillance.
Ensure OSH roles, responsibilities and authorities are clearly defined, documented and communicated to appropriate staff members through Job Descriptions and performance is assessed for the same.
Planning and coordination of orientation/induction programs, trainings and maintaining appropriate records as per the Federal, local, OSHMS and NMCRH requirements.
Ensuring that staff are periodically assessed and have relevant OSH competencies i.e. general and task based competencies.
Provide information and statistics to assist in the calculation of the KPIs.
Qualifications
Qualification, Licensure, Education, Experience, Special Skills:
Master Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Proficient in using HRMS and MS Office.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with relevant experience in Healthcare sector.
Exposure to JCI standards & surveys is a must, while prior experience in a hospital setting governed by DoH regulations is an advantage.
With good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws
Good interpersonal skills.
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
