Description : Overview:
The Digital Partnerships Senior Manager is responsible for advertising operations, project and account management, and campaign analytics on a variety of revenue generating media products across Topgolf venues, web, mobile, and social. The Senior Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic alliances, giving best in class service to clients, and managing new initiatives and partner operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and manage advertising monetization of all Topgolf Media mobile games; maintain relationships with all ad network partners while developing strategic direction for new monetization opportunities
Own all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment from implementation through campaign delivery & performance optimizations across Topgolf Media
Pull analytics and evaluate performance to optimize revenue generation and gauge partner satisfaction
Run partner account management for digital integrations, working closely with development and products teams to execute flawless campaigns
Manage team responsible for day-to-day execution, coaching and mentoring team to develop individual performance and drive scale for the business
Support & consult with Partnerships Sales & Client Relations teams on complex digital assets and act as an expert in app/product integration, audience targeting, etc.
Project manage the full partnership lifecycle of strategic alliances, from concept to renewal
Work with development and marketing teams to identify and develop customized digital opportunities for current and prospective partners that align with client objectives and generate revenue across Topgolf and all brand extensions
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Advertising, Marketing required
7+ years experience project management required
5+ years experience advertising Operations required
7+ years experience Partnership, Client, and Account Management required
5+ years experience advertising yield optimization and analytics required
5+ years experience Revenue modeling preferred
