The Role:
I am working on an exciting new role for a Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for helping drive social media through innovative activations, developing social accounts, and providing daily support for the wider social media team.
Finger on the pulse with trends, challenging the norm while maintaining the integrity of the brand
Drive increased engagement across all social media channels.
Ideation, development, and execution of innovation-led social activations.
Develop and execute a creative social media strategy throughout the year
Run community management – overseeing replying to enquiries and comments
Actively create posts which create conversation
Research how emerging social networks, competitors and new platform features can benefit the brand and how best to approach them.
Continually find new ways to overcome complicated social media challenges and restrictions.
Experience
Proven track record of organic and paid social media management across multiple social platforms (ideally 4+ years’ experience)
Creative problem solver and team player, comfortable working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions, and adding value is a prerequisite.
Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat required
Experience using Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other creative programs.
Up to date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and any evolving new technologies
Strong strategic understanding of social listening from a business perspective
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story.
