Description : The Sourcer Development Program is a 12-month entry-level program for individuals interested in a Recruiting career at Meta. The program covers a variety of topics designed to train individuals (with no previous recruiting experience) the most effective sourcing techniques and strategies. As a member of the Meta recruiting team, the Sourcing Specialist works closely with Meta’s Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find candidates for Meta. At the end of the program, participants will be evaluated for readiness for a full-time position at Meta.We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience, and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us, which is more often with a member of our Sourcing team. We’re seeking a dynamic Sourcing Specialist who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and scrappiness to the Meta team.
Engage in an immersive Sourcer Development Training
Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to deliver talent in an efficient way aligned to defined quantitative goals
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Foster trust-based relationships with candidates gaining a close understanding of their requirements and career aspirations
Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process

3 years or more of work experience in sales, customer support, communication or related fields
Proficient in Outlook, Google docs, and Microsoft suite office products
Experience working in a team-based environment
Demonstrated experience dealing with ambiguity
Knowledge about Meta’s products and experience presenting to our technology/industry
Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills that allow highly effective interactions with business partners
