We are a friendly and compassionate, person-centred company with significant experience in developing individual packages of support.We are looking for highly experienced Support Workers in Dudley to support ‘Christine’.Hi, my name is ‘Christine’. I am 25 years old, I have a diagnosis of Autism, Anxiety and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and have a mild learning disability. I can sometimes present with challenging behaviour.I am looking for Support Workers to join my new support team to work with me in my home in Dudley. I am currently in hospital but am ready for discharge and excited to be leaving.I am keen to get my life back on track and go back to college. My eventual goal is to study Psychology at University. I know with the right support, I can achieve this.I require 2-1 support ratio both day and night.It is important I get the right type of people to support me.
