To join us, you’ll need to be resilient, alert and able to bring your ‘A’ game each day. You’ll also need to be someone who doesn’t just tell people what to do, but has great powers of persuasion and is able to de-escalate situations when required. You might have transferable skills gained in areas like the arts, hospitality or security industries. The key here is the ability to read people and act accordingly.
In order to continue providing the most effective protection to our clients and colleagues, the wearing of facemasks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory in this role. In addition, in line with Government legislation, all staff working in a setting regulated by the CQC must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 – this means all staff working in our supported living services and registered care homes must be double vaccinated as a condition of employment. All successful applicants will be required to provide verification of their vaccination status, using a NHS COVID pass.
