We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the employer brand, recruitment marketing and social strategy for TJX Europe using the most appropriate channels and content. You’ll offer consultation on the best and quickest route to drive a quality hiring pipeline and set expectations with both suppliers and partners. This role will also manage multiple partnerships and build strong relationships with both internal and external teams. You’ll coach, advise, engage, and collaborate with the TJX Talent Acquisition team to future plan activity in a particular area and advise on the best approach to succeed and provide information and advice with regards to the recruitment marketplace and current trends.
Working with the Manager Of, you’ll be able to create an attraction strategy for TJX Europe which clearly sets out the channels and content mix required to deliver TJX Europe hiring goals. You’ll also have managerial responsibility for the Ops advisors. This includes effective performance management, development and pay review.
