ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is a newly created role on the Talent Acquisition team thanks to the continued growth of the OHG network. The Talent Acquisition Researcher is responsible for driving the candidate identification process by using leading resources to assist Talent Acquisition Partners by building a strong pipeline of talent for future and current openings across the group. This is a great entry point to join a in house talent acquisition team.
What you’ll work on: You’ll gain fundamental full cycle recruitment experience across freelance, campus and experienced hiring to truly hone your recruiting experience. You’ll have an opportunity to work on both local and global talent acquisition projects and programmes.
Who you’ll work with: We have a team of 10 within the TA team in Europe and we are part of a global TA team of 40 across the globe. We are committed to being a connected global team who empower each other to do our very best work.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for building key pipelines of candidates across assigned searches.
Develop an In-depth market research to identify potential candidates, utilising a range of resources and channels.
Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with Entry level hiring across the network, assessment centres, video interviews, university careers days.
Screening of candidates to establish their interest and assess suitability.
Aware of changing dynamics of the marketplace as well as keeping abreast of our competitors and industry changes.
Qualifications and Experience:
A demonstrated interest in working in talent acquisition – we’d love to hear about part-time jobs, or other talent acquisition/ human resource experiences that have led you here.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A desire to learn about all things HR & TA related.
