We are searching for a Talent Development Business Partner to support the talent development needs for E-commerce function, where you will partner with a number of cross-cultural teams and leaders to refine our end to end approach to our most important asset, our talent. This includes working on a variety of different initiatives from designing and delivering talent management and developing programs. The solutions delivered will not only help drive our performance-oriented culture but also our business objectives. The successful applicant will have an amazing opportunity to work in a fast paced global organization and lay the foundation to build a world class learning culture.
1. Familiar with corporate TD philosophy, policies, programs and can serve as a go-to-person in E-commerce for TD related questions.
2. Act as a POC for business teams and customize talent development solutions by diagnosing pain points systematically.
3. Co-design and deliver talent development programs throughout employee lifecycles (e.g. onboarding programs, leadership programs for leaders at all levels, succession plan, competency model for professionals).
4. Facilitate workshops and build learning materials to enable cross-cultural collaboration.
5. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of projects to ensure systems and processes are established and projects delivered to agreed quality and timescales.
6. Design and promote a succession plan
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management, and other related fields.
2. 5-8 years of experience in HR, ideally within medium-to-large multinational companies and/or Management Consulting experience in top-tier international consulting firms or in-house consulting teams, with experience focusing on talent development.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at structural thinking and problem solving.
4. Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects. Experience with regional/global/cross cultural project management preferred.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
6. Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while working autonomously.
7. Great interpersonal skills; a team player and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
