Alongside that the backbone of our company our butchers & bakery supplies all our venues the very best in local produce for our chefs to prepare.Giving the people of Dunfermline and surrounding areas their favorite spot for a social catch up, relaxing coffee with the dog or a night out on our award-winning cocktails, a meal in the cafe bar over some live music or a special night in our kitchen and grill sampling the very best steaks cooked on our hot rock stones.We are a everybody welcome venue and we need superstars to continue our success story.We are looking for waiting staff of all levels for our multi functioning hotel.The ideal candidates will be driven, passionate and ready for a challenge.
