Description : Please join our group of mid-level providers performing once a year home health assessments at patients homes throughout Michigan. We are affiliated with one of the largest and most experienced groups nation-wide. We have a user friendly computer based program with a lot of drop down boxes and little free text writing. The assessment takes about 30-45 minutes. Pay is per assessment with income potential of at least $750.00 per day for full time providers and even more.We provide malpractice insurance, computer, and pay with a W-2 (SS and tax advantages).NO blood draws and PPE provided.BOTH IN HOME AND REMOTE TELEHEALTH OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLEIf you are independent minded, like to make your own schedule, and are tired of the beurocracy in hospitals or clinics, this job is for you!!!!New grads also can apply!!We have members throughout Michigan, concentrated by the population centers.
