Description : Medical Office Scheduler – The Pediatricians of Hyde Park, Cincinnati OhioJob description: We are a busy Pediatrician’s office looking for a part time scheduler to join our collaborative and dedicated patient care team.Responsibilities: Maintain daily physician schedules within our outpatient Pediatrician’s office includingAnswering patient callsScheduling patient appointments including well, follow-up and sick visitsAccurate documentation of incoming patient calls within our Electronic Medical RecordDirect calls and messages to appropriate departments or individuals including physicians and nursing staffChange or cancel appointments when necessaryAdhere to HIPPA requirements re: patient confidentialityWorks as a team member with all office staff and willing to assist in other duties when neededRequirements: High school graduate or equivalentExcellent communication, customer service skills and phone etiquetteExcellent computer competency and typing skillsAbility to multi-task and detail orientedJob Type: Part-timeHours: Thursday and Fridays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – noon.Compensation: $15 – $18 per hourCOVID-19 considerations: A mask is required in the office at all times.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Everyone who enters our office must wear a mask.Application Question(s):Please briefly describe what experience or training you have in the medical field and why you feel this job would be a good fit for you.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Computer skills: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
